About the Trainer

I am a Drill Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves and also served in the United States Marine Corps. I hold a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My exercise program design is fashioned after NASM's Optimum Performance Training Model (OPT). This model allows me to design an effective, individually customized exercise program. It is phase appropriate and thus progresses the client according to his/her performance within each phase. In addition, my program incorporates the F.I.T.T.E factors: Fitness, Intensity, Time, Type and definitely Enjoyment!
